The beautiful Tamang village of Sano Borle was completely wiped out in the 2015 earthquake. 11 days later, we were the first aid convoy to arrive. We fell in love with the people - and embarked on a 5 year community led reconstruction project - training the villagers to rebuild their houses and the village school with Compressed Stabilised Earth blocks (CSEB) made on site.

A new Early Learning Centre for 3 to 7 yr olds in the remote hamlet of Balimtar, lower Dhawa. We are constructing three buildings around a sheltered central courtyard.
